This folly is unique in that it is not visible from eye level at ground level. This contrasts sharply with the situation during the war, when farms and stables were hardly noticeable from the air by their appearance. In ETT – whose exact meaning is unknown – an opening in the landscape forms a hidden element that only becomes visible from a great height.
