For the former town hall in Asperen, housed in a historic villa built in 1894, a design was made for 35 care homes. This transformation project combines modern living comfort with the characteristic appearance of the existing building.
In addition to the 35 residential units, the plan includes outdoor spaces, a restaurant, a living area/library and various general facilities for staff. With a total area of more than 2,800 square meters GLA, this redevelopment offers a high-quality living environment for future residents.
