The basements of three monumental buildings in Amsterdam’s Honthorststraat have been transformed into a luxurious, functional living space. This 1910 municipal monument, designed by architect Roelof Kuipers, has received a completely new basement that includes a pool, wine cellar, spa, studio, guest room, workspaces and bathrooms.
The renovation was completed in spring 2018, seamlessly integrating modern comforts into the historic architecture.
