For ‘The Student Hotel’ we have made a concept study for a new acquisition in Paris near Gare du Nord. The design contains more than 650 rooms, reception, wintergarden, lobby, bar, restaurant, back offices, library, fitness, bicycle storage / shop and co-working spaces.
