Landscaping; “Abbing grounds” to Koeburgweg Zeist.

Study on development options for “Abbing grounds” to Koeburgweg Zeist. Inspiration and references we took out the beautiful adjacent estate ‘the Breul’. The Breul is actually a country estate purchased in 1832 by a banker Utrecht. He has arranged a landscape garden by J.D. Zocher.
We distinguish four scenic zones. The park with two buildings (public access for walkers) in the middle, the field, with a nod to Zocher (the past reveal **), the river bank and the forest.
