Rijksmonument Prins Hendrikkade 142, Amsterdam

On the Prins Hendrikkade 142 in Amsterdam, we are realizing, commissioned by the City of Amsterdam, a training center for civil servants: ‘the Amsterdam School’. This historic building, formerly the art center “de Appel,” is being transformed into a modern training venue.

As a national monument, the building is being made more sustainable and completely gas-free through the use of heat pumps, solar panels and VRF units. The transformation is being carried out by Pleijsier Bouw & Onderhoud, with the electrical and mechanical installations provided by Bectro.
