Carpark and housing development, The Hague

This multifunctional residential project in The Hague combines housing with various public functions. On the first floor, in addition to the patio houses, an indoor pool, an XL supermarket, an event hall and a park & ride that connects to the light rail.

The residential building is composed of four different housing types, increasing in height:

1. Single-family homes on the lower floors.
2. Maisonettes with smart layouts over several floors.
3. Dunepan homes inspired by the surrounding landscape.
4. Panoramic homes, with sweeping views of the city.

Development of the project began in September 2010 and was completed in 2018.
